These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sterling Autos UK ("we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("you", "your") in respect of the sourcing, reservation, purchase, and delivery of used motor vehicles. By placing a deposit, reserving a vehicle, or proceeding with the purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
1.1 Sterling Autos UK operates as a vehicle brokerage service, sourcing used vehicles on your behalf.
1.2 We act as an intermediary between you and the seller and may not own the vehicle at the time of initial enquiry.
1.3 All descriptions, specifications, and information relating to the vehicle are provided in good faith based on details supplied by third-party sellers or dealers.

2. Deposit and Vehicle Reservation
2.1 A £200 deposit is required to reserve or secure any vehicle sourced through Sterling Autos UK.
2.2 The deposit is non-refundable, except where Sterling Autos UK is unable to supply the vehicle for reasons within our control.
2.3 The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price of the vehicle.
2.4 A reservation is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Sterling Autos UK.
2.5 Should you decide not to proceed with the purchase after reservation, the deposit will be retained to cover administrative and sourcing costs.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 All advertised or quoted prices apply to the vehicle only.
3.2 Nationwide delivery is not included in the advertised sale price and will be charged separately.
3.3 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to adjustment until a deposit is received.
3.4 Full payment for the vehicle must be received in cleared funds prior to collection or delivery.
3.5 Payment is accepted via bank transfer unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
3.6 Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Delivery Services
4.1 Sterling Autos UK offers nationwide vehicle delivery at an additional cost, to be agreed prior to scheduling.
4.2 Delivery arrangements will only be confirmed once full payment for both the vehicle and delivery charges has been received.
4.3 Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to transport delays, adverse weather, or traffic conditions.
4.4 Sterling Autos UK accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party transport providers.

5. Vehicle Condition
5.1 Used vehicles may display signs of age-related wear, including minor cosmetic imperfections, marks, or other typical indications of prior use.
5.2 Sterling Autos UK undertakes reasonable checks regarding a vehicle's condition, history, and mileage; however, we rely on information supplied by sellers and cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of such information.

6. Warranty
6.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all vehicles are sold as seen and without warranty from Sterling Autos UK.
6.2 Where a manufacturer, dealer, or third-party warranty is provided or available for purchase, the full terms of such warranty will be supplied separately.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Should you cancel the purchase after paying the deposit, the deposit will be non-refundable.
7.2 If Sterling Autos UK is unable to fulfil the reservation due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
7.3 Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the deposit unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Sterling Autos UK shall not be liable for:
mechanical faults or failures arising after the point of sale,
inaccuracies or omissions in information provided by third-party sellers,
delays, damage, or issues arising during third-party delivery services.
8.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid directly to Sterling Autos UK for brokerage services relating to the vehicle.

9.1 We process your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
